Don't get too excited, though. Compare Nepali Bill to Filipino Bill (that fizzled out) https://www.congress.gov/bill/113th-congress/house-bill/3602/committees. Nepali bill does have a lot more support -- 52 cosponsors-- compared to the Fillipino Bill - 11.
