This is still unofficial...When are we gonna hear official statement form DHS/USCIS..any information?

Within 3 weeks! & it's absolutely confirmed if anybody has doubt.

My mom came in tourist visa last year. We extended her 6 more months stay. She is suppose to leave on Aug 7 this year. But we like her to stay longer. Is my mom eligible to apply for this TPS?
