I have 2 questions about TPS. Since TPS deadline is in 2 days, Please help me with these questions

Ques1: Filing late:: I did not apply for TPS on first deadline(2015). I am applying now(2016). What additional documents or letter I need to send? I have the following:
a: TPS + EAD application
b: Proof I was here before June 2015 and continued to stay after. eg: letter form Uni, Uitlity bill
c: Nepali citizen proof and such

Since I am filing late, whatelse I need to submit?


Ques2: Since the deadline is December 27th, will they accept if I send it on 26th. I am mailing it on 26th. I will try sending them ASAP/over night. Will it still be valid and considered on time?

Hmm... you also need to send a letter stating the reasons for submitting your application late. The only reasons accepted are listed on the TPS website. Like others have said, you're still too late. 😳

When they say the application deadline is Dec 27th, I think it means the application has to be postmarked no later than the 27th. So, even if he/she sends the application tomorrow (27th), he/she should be safe.
