Can you travel to USA right now from Nepal on B1 (Tourist) if you are not vaccinated at all? If yes, what are the criteria? Any help is much appreciated.

If you find the flight, there are no travel restrictions from Nepal regardless of visa type. You would need a airline approved Negative covid test report though.

go to strandedinnepal dot com website and join whatsapp groups. its a group that consists of people that are visiting nepal as tourists or nrns. 100s of foreigners use it along with nepalis that are looking for tickets to go abroad.
