 help me to find a good school

Hey guys,
I go to a very expensive school right now. I want to transfer to a school which gives a good scholarship or any financial assitance to International students. I'm not that good student. Can you guys help me out to find a school where i've to pay less? I can't go to a community college cause i alreadyhave a lot of credits. I would prefer school some where in Northern Virginia or anywhere in Virginia..Will apreciate your help.
