Eventough the accent even within the country differs but what do you think is sweeter accent?


If you can hang on to your "British" accent, it works wonders in the US! People automatically think you are smarter, more polite, and friendlier.

In Britain, an American accent makes you seem "brasher" and more likely to be good at customer service and business in general!

Neither is really based in fact, but there you go!

I became a die-hard fan of Madonna once she picked up British accent. For real, I ain't making this up..

George Bush, Laura Bush, Tom Delay and Bill First - 4 reasons to hate the southern accent. Laura Bush has more pronounced accent than Bush. I just hate those long vowels ewwww... Ve(hi)chle... what the hell is that??

Well what better to know then see american president speak. Presidents are supposed to be a good speaker. just have a look and say which accent is better.

Well taking about accent, I think British accent is far better that American accent. Surprisingly, people here like my accent, well these kuire bokas find any accent other that theirs and indians exotic. Once, we had this presentation in class and one guy stands up and he goes like. "man you got an accent, dammnnn girl which country are you from."

DEPENDS WHERE U LIVE.. IF U LIVE IN US, U WILL LIKE BRITISH AND VICE-VERSA.

You guys must see the film called "The Party" it is played by Peter selles. He is making fun of Indian and their English Accent. It is so damn funny that you just can't stop laughting. Although the film was made in 60's I think still funy till today. It is a Film YOU MUST SEE. "BIRDY NAM NAM".

IMO people here in USA like English Accent. I lived in England for 5 years b4 I came to USA. My accent is like mixed, Indian and English and I look like mexican who just crossed the border. I live in a Ohio state town where majority of Population are rednecks. When I speak I can see those surprised look on their face. They cant help, and many of them ask where are ya from. I proudly say i am from Nepal, but almost nobody knows extistance of Nepal. They think I am from Naples, Italy. I am trying my best to explain these people about Nepal and our scenic beauti and how beautiful Nepal is.
I have already sent 5 redneck whites to Nepal till this date.
Lets all ... try to convience and send at least a couple of Americans to Nepal. If I can do it in this Redneck town I think who live in major cities can do it with ease.
