Can someone tell me why someone deported back to Nepal is detained and put in jail in kathmandu ? What is the pocess to get him out ?

because they dont want nepali people back to their county, the process to get out is just give them some money they hold u there to get some money that's itl

if he/she was deported on immigration issues, then he shouldnt be arrested in Nepal.
