its a nice spacious apartment in somerville, close to market basket and somerville public library ,4-5 mins walk to bus routes, 87,88 and 90.
there r actually 2 rooms for a single person....a small room which opens into a 2nd room. u can use the 2nd room as a bedroom and the outside room as a living /study ( entirely to urself). hardwood floor and a big closet. really!
1 large eat in kitchen and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms.
rent is $ 360/ month. utilities separate for electricity and gas which comes to less than $ 40/month.
lanlord is nepali .very friendly and considerate.
