well..i dont think so...no u can't change your your company while u are in HIB VISA. If u went though dhoti's consultant's, yes u can change as many company as you want but u still need to go through dhoti, since your h1b will be issued through their consultants.
but..lets assume u got H1B visa from ABC company and want to go work for XYZ company, u can't do it immediately. U need to work with ABC for certain time and follow the legal procedure. If u quit ABC and go to XYZ, ur H1B will be cancelled automatically.
But through consultants, you should not have problem since u will be working as contractor's, u can change as much company as u want but still it needs to be through same conusltants for certain time.
