dont worry brother, i know a lot of guys whose gpa is less than 2 and still getting admitted in community college so its not only u!! ok
try houston community college ,i know some guys getting transfer to that college with less than 2.0 gpa.
there is one othere college in dallas not( northlake) where u can try. i forget its name but if you decide to transfer dallas then i will try to find that college and post it here

Try San jacinto community college , South Houston ... They will accept for sure ...Even you don't have to release your SEVIS, ..just be ready with your transcript , i-20 , bank statement ( Most imp ) ..and TOEFL/SAT/ ..etc...... You could get admission and even register classes .....But later you have to release your SEVIS until you release it , they will put you in the hold !!!

The best bet I see is Collin County Community College District...
Its near Dallas, may be about 45 mins drive. And dont worry bout the GPA..They will even accept you if you are out of status....(or at least thats wot i ve heard)...but I m sure about the GPA thing, they will accept you...
go ahead and apply, you will get admitted..keep this as an option if you dont wanna travel this far...
and if nothing else works nearby, you will always have an option ready!!
n dude! why the f*** do u have ur GPA below 2 anyways?! u r here to study, dont lose the only thing that will get u somewhere...
