City of Fairfax CUE bus, Metro Bus are within 1 minute walking distance while Vienna Orange Line Metro is 4 minute drive. The net rent for one person will be $600 plus electricity and internet ( About 50) and two people is $700 plus utilities. Singles preferred, male or female. Whether you're GMU student, NOVA, VIU student or work around Fairfax, Falls church....this is a place to live in.
