I am a graduate student and probably  graduating next spring. My GPA till now is just above 3.2. yo GPA le US ma job pauna katiko sajilo cha. Job hire garda Grade hercha ki herdaina. Plz suggest me.

 They dont really care about gpa. But they do want to see if you have done any internship or any major group project in school.

gpa does not matter that much .. all you need is an in-depth knowledge of subject matter and good soft skill..

Depends where you are shooting for?  It will take about 7 seconds for me to trash your resume unless you have something extraordinary in your resume.

Now a days,
The most important thing to get a job is some kind of connection.
If you have connection, you will get a Job. If No connection....even 3.9 GPA does not help that much.

If u can trash someone's resume in 7 second think how long will it take me to trash a resume of a shithead like u... Taking about extraordinary, what extraordinary do YOU have in YOUR resume besides few hundred F's in moral classes  you JERK..

if you have some other good points like internships, good amount of research/lab experiences, etc low GPA won't be a problem. but if you don't have any such things that "polish" your resume, it might be tough. you said next spring, so I assume you still have about a year. spend time in research and/or internship if you can, it'll make a big difference.
