What is this world coming to? Minors rape girl     RSS UDAYAPUR, June 24: A group of boys raped a nine-year old girl at Bhodapata of Beltar VDC-6. Local children Tilak Rai, 10, Rajesh Nepali, 9, Hari Nepali 11, Bijay Rai, 10 raped the girl while she was returning to home from school, according to Beltar Area Police Office.   Police held all the boys after the victim´s mother filed a case against the rapists in the local police office. All the children including the victim girl are the students of a primary school in the village. Police said investigation over the case is underway.
