I've been on RCL/sick leave for about 4 months and lost track of when I should start talking to my International Adviser and thought I would just go back and register and it was gonna be okay. Due to financial problems, I was thinking of going to community college here in Texas, collin county. What happened was today I found out from my International Adviser that I'm already out of status for not registering for Spring Classes. I was kinda shocked since I was not expecting that. The adviser is tell me that she cannot transfer my SEVIS right now and I need to file for reinstatement. I've researched about reinstatement and found that there is a USCIS office here in Irving. I would really appreciate if any of you can give me suggestions or advice. I'm gonna apply to collin asap. I just hope they can help me reinstate my status. Any salla sujhab appreciated hai sathiho. seems like the ISO over there did a HUGE mistake. I should've never been out of status. I was authorized for break til today. dec 14 which is clearly stated in my i-20 and even the adviser is saying that she's gonna work on getting this thing corrected. Oh lord, cant believe this level of carelessness. They jeopardized my status man.
