How to report the Indian IT consultancies to INS?

I have known several Indian IT consultancies who have been doing mail fraud and other illegal activities to file H1b visas reducing the chance for real applicants who are qualified and deserved it. There are also several other consultancies besides the companies which ICE has raid few weeks ago. If you came across to know the names of such consultancies, I would like to request you write down their names, so other Genuine Nepali students will get the chance to file H1.

guys guys.. as according to all the comments.. I am not going to report any of the indian IT consultancies cuz in any way or other they are helping NEPALESE Student. I don't think they will respond my report based on my judgement.

Are we going to complain about Indian restaurants and gas stations too? The are the one who exploits most by paying montly wages and making people work 100s of hours every week. These indian restaurants even take the tip money from their workers. These gas stations pays only minimum wage to its employees.
