Is there anyway I can renew my F1 visa being USA. It expired on this july? Any ideas will be appreciated.

I don't think you can renew from here. PS: if you are not travelling outside, you don't need to renew.

You can't renew it while in the US. Once your visa expires, a copy of valid I-20 is all you need.
