Has anyone started getting the MRP applied after June 2015. I have applied in June and have not recieved it. The nepal embassy dc's number seems unreachable; it never makes through. The two numbers given in passport instruction pdf is out of service.

Did you check the passport status in the ministry website ? to verify if DC dispatched the passport to Nepal. http://nepalpassport.gov.np/

yes. it has been dispatched in early sep. there had been 3-4 lots dispatched to DC after mine.

I am in the same boat. I sent mine on last week of June, Passport dispatched on 6 Sept, still not got it :(
