Hello,
How much does it usually cost to buy (but preferably to open a new ) gas station / convenience store ? Any idea on this will be hugely appreciated. Love oking to start a new store business around DFW area.

Minimum to open a conv store from scratch w/o gas $50K to $100K depending on the location and the type of things you want to add. Readymade gas station with inside sales of 50K per month easily go for $200K or more depending on location. Even store w/o gas that does 20K inside but 10K/mo in machine are sold for 100K lol. If you want with gas station w/ properties, we are talking million $$ inside DFW metroplex. .
