hey whats up .I am lookiing for someone who wants to move by the first january , that means I want to move in by the 25 of dec and start the new place form the new year,
I am looking in steinway, astoria , and long island city and I don't mind parts of brooklyn. carrol gardens, park slope, williamsburg. my budget is 700. I am a 24 year old male recent graduate, in computer graphics, I am currently, working and also getting my portfolio ready for grad school.

I would prefer someone, who is around the same age college student, or recent graduate, I also prefer a femail roomate, coz they are cleaner and easier to get along with. I am not looking for a shack up, hook up situation. So yeah anyone interested send me an email and we will see what happens.

yeah i dunno about the closets, but yeah i think girls are easier to get along with, coz they are more considerate. yeah guys are like that too, but it gets crazy at times, and i ve lived with all kinds.
