Two Rooms ( One large room with fireplace) available in Basement along with a seperate full Bathroom in a Townhome. It's located in Annadale, Virginia, 2 minutes walking distance from Littleriver Turnpike and 5 minutes from K-mart. You will have to share Kitchen with home owner but is open 24 hours. There will be a separate Fridge, Microwave and possibly a TV with access to varieties of channel. Home owners are young couple and very comfortable to understand the problems of tenant. Metrobus bound to Pentagon City and other destinations pass by from busstand within 1 minute walking distance. There're a lots of employers from large company like Giant food, K-mart to small restaurant, and retail shops nearby. Rental price is $ 900/month inclusive of all utitilies Electricity, Gas, Cable TV. Excellent for couple, or two people. Can accomodate max upto 3. Contact immediately. Possible Move-in Date: May 1, 2008
