Moists have to prove themselves that they are worthy of 14000 lives lost during the civil war. Now, for the better or the worse, the burden lies on them to show some socio economic changes and development throughout the country very very soon. Do the Moist leadership understands this, absolutely! But unfortunately, I have not seen any sign of changes as of yet.
