Hello good morning friends, 
 Well , i have a small question, 
 I just wanted to know if USA immigraation can access the data of immigration from another country?
Problem is My Dad holds a permanent residence of Japan and as his dependent I have a long term residence  permit, right now, which can be changed to permenant residence if  i live there for continously for a year. 

But I cant do it on May of 2011, when my re-entry for japan gonna end coz  I shall loose my f1 visa and the degree i am working hard for.

I am in dellima what to choose. JAPAN OR USA. I am thinking to file for the asylum in USA.  What I am eager to know is , Can US immigration find my record ( fingerprints too)  of japan.
