Most of the International students (i think so) can file for tax before April 15th 2010 and get a refund of average $1000.00 within a week. Only for Nepali students in USA. I used Turbotax.com, the free version.

I am not 100% sure on any facts stated above. Just give it a shot. My friends in community college also got around 1000 bucks. I am aware of the financial hardship of students in USA and any other countries. so, just wanted to help those who are unaware of it and share what i know. Once again, the tax refund is not guaranteed.

Note: You get refund out of your tuition and fees paid to universities and colleges.
