Only after the kid is 18 years old, he can file paperwork for you. till then nothing can be done even your child is born in USA. Regardless, the child can have all the benefits as a US citizen.

Biological father, Your topic makes it sound like you are only a sperm donor and not involved in the life of your "biological" daughter in any way. How could you even think of taking advantage of a child that you gave away? Shame on you Mr. Biology.
