Firstly, Are you looking full time job or contract job and which field are you looking into? Be clear 

I am looking for  full time job actually.....or contract job....I am looking for Accounting field....If you have any idea abt this..please let me know..

if you goto Desi Consultancy they will do contract position only for computer major . And economic is so worse that white ppl are not even getting job in business major. May be you can goto Desi Consultancy and tell them that you want get training in a technology that has some business side and computer side like HFM (hyperion financial management), Business Objects (crystal reporting), Business Intelligence (Microstrategy).

If you want to join Desi Consultancy, you should get some training related to some technical field. JAVA, SAP, SAS......Getting job in Accounting or Business related field is very minimal these days. Degrees such as MBA is for White people who can talk or do business unless you're very Smart.

Get some IT training or go back to school and change your major.
