Dear Sajha users
I m a US Citizen planning to sponsor my parents for Permanent residency. Can I add my brother who is under 21 on their filing. Or do i have to file his paper separtely ? What would be fastest way to bring him to USA if he cant be added on my parents filing?

u can file for your parents and brother and sister under the immigration law .u need to file i-130 seperately per person for immigration visa and waiting for couple of year or if u dont want to wait for them u can file nonimmigration visa in embassy but that is not sure it depend on consular .
