I live here by myself and looking for one person to live in the other room. I have necessary furniture for living room and kitchen already so all you would be needing is bed and other furniture for your room. We have a small storage room also. This post is for only one person not for couples or people with children. I am 22 yrs old Nepalese student, studying at contra costa college and i drive for lyft also. My only expectation from you would be to not bring too many random people into the apartment and maintain the apartment clean.Lots of street parking available outside the apartment. if possible we can do the groceries together and take turns in cooking also.
