Hi Hitman Gurung,

I am not immigration attorney, but according to my research,I found that if Department of Homeland Security re designates the TPS for Nepal, you are eligible for registration for TPS in new registration period. If DHS simply extend the TPS end date, USCIS will not grant the TPS for new registrant.

Gurung jee le tps bharnu paudaina.. Nepali najar is wrong . You got to be physically be in US before june 24 ho ki 25 . You came in the month of september which makes u not eligible to register for tps . Asylum is not a bad choice

if DHL re designates TPS for Nepal, he is eligible for TPS. If DHS simply extend the TPS, he is not eligible.
