Can we still apply for H1B visa although uscis has reached the cap for 2018 ?Thank you.

Can apply under cap exempt, if u r working for qualified non-profit organization.There is no cap, and can apply any time during the year.

Thanx. I work for non profit organization. Is there any salary limit to apply ? I mean any max or min amt. thank in advance.

All non profit organization does not qualify for cap exempt, first u need to verify that your company can file H1b under cap exempt. Now regarding ur salary limit, it depends( ur job title, location u work). U need to google about H1B minimum/ LCA prevailing wage.
