Hello Guys
i am planning to apply greencard for my parents . i heard you need affidavit for birth certificate as old generation didnt have birth certificates in nepal. do you have any sample affidavit document ? i want to prepare for their marriage certificate and birth certificate

I filed the greencard for my mom and submitted a " verification of birth certificate " from VDC of my mom , and they never asked any further question about her birth certificate , But I forget to send my birth certificate , which I sent later on once they requested
