I am a new member and I'm unfamiliar with all features of sajha. But I was thinking that it would be beneficial to all Nepalese if we could create a central location for information such as the OPT process, the H1-B process etc. and keep the information current (kind of like wikipedia). Does anyone know if this is possible within sajha? Modifying a thread would be easy but would get lost within the vast amount of information currently available.

Having said that, can anyone tell me what the step by step process is to get an H1B or where I can find it? If someone can answer that question, I will take the initiative to find a way to consolidate all important information into a central location within sajha (with the help of the admins of course).

I googled for "step by step process to get H1B"
This is what I found:
http://www.path2usa.com/h1b-visa-guide

This seems very helpful so follow that. Also, not that we mind questions but it is helpful to do a google search prior to posting your question. It might save you some time.

that's an awesome guide but unfortunately covers the process of getting the H1B visa stamped and not the H1B application process. I've looked through the USCIS website and tried google and found a ton of information but not in an easy to follow step by step format like the link you mentioned.
