I came to US in Aug 2010 in GC. I started working only in December 15, 2010. I didnt make any amount in 2010. I got my first payment in J an 4, 2011. Now Do I have to file my tax return for 2010??

Did you get w-2 form for 2010 ? Answer will be no. If you were paid in January, that pay will fall on the week it was paid.
If you had made some money on 2010 , would have got some refund at least pay for work.
