Nepal ko license and Maryland ko license saga ke relation?????
Nepal ko license hos nahos, getting the driver's license in maryland is the same process. about time it depends how soon you can pass the written test and road test

By "Nepal ma Liscence na bhako" you mean you dont know how to drive right? Take a driving course after you pass the written test. After a month of lessons you'll get a liscence easily. I actually easier than in Nepal because of automatic cars.
