You can go with any one. Easily dump one if you don`t like him/her. It does not have to be like searching wife to find a realtor when you are buying a house. For selling you may need a good one. Also, do your own research than relying on realtor. However, many of us need one to go through all the processes. One thing to avoid is never buy a house if the realtor is working as a dual agent unless he/she is someone close to you.
