I paid landlocked travel agency / ticket2nepal travel agency for couple tickets from KTM to US and they sent me the confirmed tickets however now I found out that the ticket was just a reservation not an actual ticket. My dad went to the Nepal office and found out they closed their Nepal office a couple days ago. This appears to be a fraud however I am still giving the benefit of the doubt and hoping all will be back to normal.

Regardless, I am spending a lot of time trying to contact the numbers here in the US and Nepal as well, none seem to be working, my emails are unanswered. I am at a point where I am thinking about filing a case with federal authorities which will now have jurisdiction hence money transferred from one state to another, local State Charge with New York and a fraud case with the bank. Any suggestions? Does anyone know who the actual owner of this company/ contact info other than what is listed on their website so that I could talk to him and clear this before I go any further legally?
