There's no other benefit other than seeing your F1 spouse work more hours and an upward-sloping bank balance. Unless F2 also applies for TPS, there's no change in terms of benefits they get because TPS is given specifically to an individual, not to their dependents unless they apply themselves. Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer but hope that helps.
