When you are looking for H1b info don't go by how many LCA got approved. It is about how many actually got picked and started working on H1b (depends on luck for H1b). Since it's a new company most of them might have received RFE (just a guess) because of financial situation like ability of company to pay its employees. I came to know about this company from Sajhas member only, other than that never heard about Vastika. But seems likely they are doing pretty good in their area and helping specially Nepalese community.
