I have a friend who is trying to get into full time position with his one of his clients and he has non compete agreements with his desi employer. Trying to find loopholes to talk out of the agreement and also looking if his employer has already done any mistakes to make them voided.
- He is currently working with two clients from same employer and has two non compete agreements. Having two non compete agreements for same employer isn’t that violates the agreement.
- He submits two timesheets of 80 hours each week. Feels like he should be paid over time but he is not.

Feel free to provide any helpful advice that I can pass onto him.

I am not quite sure on that. As far as I know he works after hours to complete his deliverables and only has few meetings during working hours
