Do anyone of us have any idea about the universities those give i-20s to the students and reinstate them? The students are made out of status by college .

I know one institute in NY , this is the story about my friend. she was here in tourist visa and after her visa expire, this institute issue I20 for her. But I have no idea about your situation, however you can always contact and try
