hey guys i heard that opt for business major which includes all finance and accont major has been decreased to 3 month is that true.......................

 

OPT is still 12 mnths,  but u need to find job within 90 days(3 mnths)

OPT time has been changed for 4 fields. Business field is still 12 months. You need to find related job within 3 months and inform your school about your job otherwise it will be cancil automatically.

thanks for ur response......is it same as before .............coz as far as i know we were supposed to find a job within 1 yrs

the new rule is, you need to find a job in your field within 90 days of your OPT start date.
