I am subletting one bed room (furnished) for June and July and till mid august.  This is a three bed room apartment with two full bathrooms and one huge living room. It is a private house and is very new. It is very close to Subway, library, Queens Mall and other stores. The rent is 800 dollars per month including utilities.
