just stumbled upon a Gypsy-rap video by a band called Gipsy.cz and the singer says ek, dui, teen, chaar before starting to sing. I thought he culdve been saying it in hindi, but i think he says dui instead of do as in hindi. What do yoyu guys think, and does anybody know anything about it?

For some of you who might not like the music until the forementioned thing, he says it 38 seconds into the video and again in 1:35

he says ek, dui, tin, char so it is nepali coz in hindi it will be ek, do, tin, char........

it could be bengali or bhojpuri or maithali.
