What are you waiting for? The solution lies within (File H1-B). Dont get scared

1. Consult with your company regarding H1B process, necessary documents etc
2. Gather the documents, submit it to your company and file H1-B (4-1-2012)
   

I dont think you would want to stuck on your current status (OPT) forever just because of your past. BTW, you don't have any options other than filing H1-B. Do you?

Furthermore,It's good that you did some research before randomly throwing your problem (Unlike most of the sajha folks).
